Product description
SORRY IM SOLD BUTTERCUP A FEMALE BENGAL KITTEN £0.00

SORRY YOU MISSED ME...IM SOLD! IM NOW ROYALTY IM ON THE RIGHT TOPCATSUK SUPPLIERS TO ROYALTY , EXPORTED WORLDWIDE OUR BENGAL FEMALES WILL be mated in FEBRUARY 2010 and fingers crossed have kittens about APRIL 2010.
As it is very difficult to breed hybrid cats like the BENGAL, the resulting kittens are both rare and expensive and are THE MOST POPULAR PEDIGREE CAT IN THE UK and now probably one of the the most sought after pet worldwide.
This is why we offer a reserve price as any kittens will be offered in order of deposits received.
The difficulty in breeding results in the BENGAL being a hybrid, which means it is a cat that has been bred from a WILD LEOPARD CAT with a gestation period of 70-72 days, and a domestic cat with a gestation period of 60-62 days.
This results in the Savannah giving birth at around 60 days when the actual kittens are not really ready for another 10 days.
Due to this imbalance some pregnancies could be re-absorbed by the mother, some could be lost and sadly some kittens that are born could be lost in the first 10 days.
This means BENGAL kittens are basically premature and will need both mum and kittens will need 24hour care from conception to weaning.
This is what makes them both rare and expensive, its not like a domestic cat where the mum can be left to give birth and care for the kittens on her own.
All good breeders will not even breed until mum is a year old as its unfair to mum and anyone offering cheap BENGALS from a very young mother should be totally avoided!
The DEPOSIT of £150 IS ONLY part payment for a BENGAL kitten , the full price will be between £300 to £2,500+ depending on the kittens markings, pet or show quality and whether or not it is wanted for breeding. it is at my discretion to allow any of my kittens to be breeders and in the first instance all kittens will be sold as pets unless otherwise agreed.

NOTE THE ABOVE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE so think very carefully before purchasing a reserve!

That said a BENGAL is a joy to own, very intelligent, loyal and loving. It can be trained to fetch a ball or walk on a lead and harness and has a personality much more like a dog than a cat. I cant imagine life without one. FOR FULL PRICE LIST AND MORE INFO GO TO topcatsuk.com
